An Intrinsic Love for Nature
Capturing Magic With My Teeth.
My name is Rex, I am a German Shepard and Husky Mix. My father was a fairly big German Shepard who lived on a farm with my mother who was a Husky. I was adopted by my new family, they let me be me. I am out going and a trouble maker at times. I love running free and being chased. I learned to climb a fence when I was only a few months old by watching the stray cats that would come taunt me. Ever Since I found more and new ways to escape the yard my Adoptive Family has secured many times to keep me safe and contained.

Over the 2 years I have been with my adoptive family that love me very much, I have learned to guard the house from strangers of all different sizes, from mice, snakes, neighbors, visitors and especially those pesky stray cats that keep showing up in my yard (My adoptive mom Melissa, feeds them and gets upset when I try scaring them.)
My adoptive dad Marcos likes to take me on different adventures like fishing, swimming and hikes. I enjoys going with him since he lets me be me and bark at everything I don’t like, which is everything I see! I once caught a bird that was flying through my yard, Melissa screamed, Marcos ended up having to chase and catch me to get the bird from my mouth, I wasn’t hungry but it did look like a flying treat.

I live with my two older adoptive sisters, Aries the fat pit bull and Daisy the fat beagle. Melissa thought I was going to be a medium size dog (She was wrong, Ha!), I ended up being over 100lb and able to walk over my sisters and they barely touch my stomach. i like to jump over them and step on them when they are in my way ( I have no remorse for what is in my way getting crushed).
My adoptive parents also have two human sons that are mostly afraid to play with me cause I have teeth and use them as much as possible. My favorite game is to grabbing a stuffed animal and shove it into them and them bite readjusting my grip and (accidentally) nipping them. Marcos plays with me the way I like the most since he lets me be rough and occasionally biting him really hard. I enjoy trying to drag him in the snow and mud then wonder why he gets so upset with me.
